About Elisabeth Goodman

Elisabeth Goodman is the owner and Principal Consultant at RiverRhee Consulting.   She and her associates work with managers and their teams who would like to become exceptional at what they do.

They help managers and their teams creatively explore better ways to deliver customer value and quality within time and budgetary constraints.  They focus on how to improve productivity and morale.

The approaches Elisabeth and her associates use are drawn from leadership and team development theory and good practices, process improvement (Lean and Six Sigma), knowledge management, change management, project management, Belbin Team Roles, MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming).

Elisabeth and her associates pride themselves on providing true ‘end-to-end’ support: diagnosis of managers’ and teams’ challenges, co-development of solutions and their implementation, follow-up to ensure that the desired results have been achieved.  They do this through team workshops, training, one-to-one coaching and, where appropriate, hands-on project or change management.

Managers and teams are able to improve their productivity, and morale by:

  1. Building and developing the team
  2. Enhancing management skills
  3. Delivering consistent quality to their customers  ….
  4. Simplifying and streamlining their processes  …
  5. Optimising their use of information and knowledge assets  …
  6. Ensuring that their business changes succeed  …

Elisabeth is also fluent in French and has worked with clients in France.

  1. A small mistake on your About page: in the 3rd para, replace “moral” with “morale”.
