About Elisabeth Goodman

Elisabeth Goodman is the owner and Principal Consultant at RiverRhee Consulting.   She and her associates work with business teams who would like to creatively explore better ways to deliver customer value and quality within time and budgetary constraints.

In their work with teams, Elisabeth and her associates focus on how to help them improve their productivity and morale.

The approaches they use are drawn from process improvement (Lean and Six Sigma), knowledge management, change management, project management, MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming).

Elisabeth and her associates pride themselves on providing true ‘end-to-end’ support: diagnosis of a team’s challenges, solution development and implementation, and follow-up to ensure that the desired results have been achieved.  They do this through 1:1 guidance, team workshops, training and, where appropriate, hands-on project or change management.

Teams are able to improve their productivity, and the morale of their members by:

  • determining the real value that they can deliver to their customers
  • prioritising, simplifying and streamlining what they are doing so that they can deliver this value
  • optimising their use of information and knowledge assets, both outside and within the teams
  • ensuring that their business changes are successful.

Elisabeth is an approved and registered Business Development and Growth Through Innovation coach, and Leadership & Management trainer for the Growth Accelerator.

She is also fluent in French and has worked with clients in France.

Finally, Elisabeth also provides 1:1 tutorials and seminars on the use of LinkedIn and other social media for personal and business development.

  1. A small mistake on your About page: in the 3rd para, replace “moral” with “morale”.
No doubt, your teaching might also improve their morals too!
